Regulation of Studies - Tuition Fees - Scholarhips
The School of Medicine and the Departments of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, and Materials Science and Technology of the University of Crete, starting on academic year 2018-2019, organize and operate the reformed Interdepartmental Programme of Postgraduate Studies "Optics and Vision".
The Programme leads to a Master’s Degree (MSc) in "Optics and Vision".
The Regulation of Studies of the Interdepartmental Programme of Postgraduate Studies "Optics and Vision" regulates all issues related to the operation of the Programme. Issues and details not provided for in this Regulation are governed by the decisions of the Special Interdepartmental Committee (SIC) of the Programme and by the Postgraduate Studies Regulations of the University of Crete, which prevails in any case.
Tuition Fees
Tuition fees are set at € 4.000 (euros) for EU-citizens and at € 8.000 (euros) for non-

In cases of students leaving or being discharged from the Programme, the tuition fees are non‐refundable.
Scholarships
Scholarships are provided depending on the Programme's available funds. The scholarships will have the form of total or partial tuition exemption.
For the 1st year students, the selection will be based on the ranking list of the selected students.
For the 2nd year students, the selection will be based on the performance of students during the 1styear of their studies.
Also, students can claim scholarships from the School of Medicine and other Foundations.
